1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ewityflow. By accessing or using our service management platform, mobile application, website, or WhatsApp Business integration (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ewityflow. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
ewityflow is a multi-vendor service management platform operating in the Maldives. Our Services include:
- Connecting customers with service vendors across islands
- Booking and scheduling services
- Payment processing and invoice management
- Communication tools including WhatsApp Business integration
- Vendor management tools (team scheduling, inventory, analytics)
- Customer account management and service history
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.2 Account Types
- Customer Accounts: For booking and managing services
- Vendor Accounts: For service providers to manage their business operations
- Team Member Accounts: For vendor employees with specific role-based permissions
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. WhatsApp Business Integration
4.1 Service Description
Our WhatsApp Business integration allows vendors to communicate with customers via WhatsApp. By using this feature:
- You consent to receive automated booking confirmations, status updates, and payment receipts via WhatsApp
- Messages are subject to WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window policy
- Vendors must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
- We store message history to provide conversation continuity
4.2 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using WhatsApp integration must:
- Use their own WhatsApp Business Account and valid credentials
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
- Not send spam, marketing messages outside the 24-hour window, or prohibited content
- Respect customer communication preferences
- Maintain professional communication standards
4.3 Customer Rights
Customers can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by blocking the vendor's number or requesting removal from the vendor's contact list.
5. Bookings and Payments
5.1 Service Bookings
- Bookings are subject to vendor availability and acceptance
- Prices are set by vendors and may vary by location, service type, and time
- Booking confirmations are sent via the platform and optionally via WhatsApp
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information
5.2 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors
- Customers may be subject to cancellation fees depending on timing and vendor policy
- Refunds are processed at the vendor's discretion
- ewityflow facilitates refunds but is not liable for vendor refund decisions
5.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
- Payment disputes should be directed to the vendor in the first instance
6. Vendor Obligations
Vendors using our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability
- Deliver services professionally and as described
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests
- Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance as required by law
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Pay applicable platform fees and commissions as agreed
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
- Bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Create fake accounts or manipulate reviews/ratings
- Use the platform for illegal activities
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by ewityflow or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, messages, photos). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 Platform Role
ewityflow acts as a platform connecting customers and vendors. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors
- The accuracy of vendor listings, descriptions, or pricing
- The conduct of users (customers or vendors)
- Disputes between customers and vendors
- WhatsApp message delivery or Meta's service availability
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ewityflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ewityflow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit or transmit through our Services
- Your interactions with other users
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta)
- Payment processors
- Map services
- Analytics providers
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact our support team first to attempt an informal resolution.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Maldives.
12.3 Customer-Vendor Disputes
Disputes between customers and vendors should be resolved directly between the parties. ewityflow may facilitate communication but is not obligated to resolve such disputes.
13. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ewityflow regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

17. Acknowledgment
